Domestic

In compliance with the Philippine local government units' requirement for contact tracing, all guests flying with Cebu Pacific are required to submit additional details. Only destinations listed below have special requirements required by the different local government units.

  • Log in using your GetGo account or enter your booking reference number and surname to retrieve your booking
  • Click 'Update Guest Details'
  • Update with the required passenger details and continue

These details will be submitted to the concerned authority for documentation. Guests who are not able to submit the required details within the given deadline may be denied boarding.


For guests flying to Bacolod, please accomplish the following travel requirements:

Based on government regulations, guests bound for Bacolod are required to present the following documents, to be accepted for flight:

For Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR):

  • Travel Order
  • Company ID or Certificate of Employment
  • Medical Certificate issued by City Health Office or Municipal Health Office
  • Certificate of work schedule

Arriving passengers at Bacolod-Silay airport will undergo RT-PCR (swab) test at the arrival hall.

For guests flying to Bohol (Tagbilaran), please accomplish the travel requirements:

  • Travel Authority issued by PNP JTF COVID Shield
  • Letter of Coordination issued by Barangay of residence in Cebu City
  • Valid Identification Card

For Private Authorized Persons Outside Residence (Private APOR):

  • Travel Clearance from the Office of the Mayor
  • Letter of Coordination issued by Barangay of residence in Cebu City
  • Valid Identification Card

For Public Authorized Persons Outside Residence (Public APOR):

  • Mission or Travel Order signed by the head of the agency
  • Medical Certificate
  • Certificate of Employment (except for uniformed personnel)

For guests flying to Cotabato, please accomplish the travel requirements:

The City of Cotabato requires arriving guests to present the following travel document requirements, to be accepted for flight:

  • Valid ID with address
  • Certificate of Acceptance from LGU
  • Travel Authority
  • Medical Certificate (Valid for 7 days)

For guests flying to Davao, please accomplish the travel requirements:

The City of Davao requires Davao-bound guests to comply with the following travel document requirements:

  • Negative RT-PCR (swab) test results taken within 24 to 72 hours from departure date. This is not mandatory upon check-in, but shall be required upon exit at the Davao International Airport.
  • Guests who tested in their place of origin within 24-72 hours before departure, but have not received their results, will not be allowed to exit the Davao Airport, until the test result is available.
  • Children 12 years old and below are exempted from the RT-PCR requirement upon check-in, as long as the accompanying adult complies with the requirement.

For guests flying Dipolog, please accomplish the following travel requirements:

The City of Dipolog requires guests to present the following documents, to be accepted for flight:

For Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI) and All Persons with Essential Travel:

  • Medical Certificate issued by the City of Municipal Health Office within 7 days before departure date
  • Travel Authority issued by JTF CV Shield (PNP)
  • Certificate of acceptance from the concerned LGU
  • Referral from the concerned Provincial Health Office (if travel is for Medical reason)

For Returning Overseas Filipino (ROF):

  • Travel Authority issued by the JTF CV shield (PNP)
  • Negative RT-PCR (swab) test results
  • Quarantine Certification issued by the DOH-Bureau of Quarantine
  • Certificate of acceptance from the concerned LGU

For Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR):

  • Company ID
  • Deployment or Travel Order (for government officials and employee)
  • Certificate of employment (for private employee if company ID is not available)

For guests flying from Manila to Dumaguete, the Province of Negros Oriental requires you to get in touch with your local tourism offices. Please contact them between now until two (2) days before your flight.

These local tourism offices will then consolidate the list, and endorse it to the Provincial Tourism Unit (PTU). The PTU will provide CEB with the list of passengers we can accept for the flight.

For guests flying to General Santos, please accomplish the travel requirements:

The City of General Santos requires guests to present a Travel Authority, as well as a negative RT-PCR (swab) test result taken within 72 hours before departure date.

Incoming guests are also required to pre-register at TAPAT at least 24 hours before your flight. Pre-register through www.tapat.gensantos.gov.ph to be allowed entry into General Santos.

For guests flying to Iloilo, please accomplish the travel requirements:

The Province of Iloilo requires arriving guests to present the following documents, to be accepted for flight:

For Local Stranded Individuals (LSI) and Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF):

  • Medical Clearance certification issued by the City/Municipal Health Office
  • Travel Authority issued by Chief of Police of the City/Municipality of origin
  • Any Valid Government ID (showing relevant information such as residence, citizenship or occupation)
  • Notice of Coordination from LGU (Proof of coordination)

Only residents of Iloilo City and the Province of Guimaras will be accepted for flight. This is based on the information we have at the moment, but may be subject to change. Please check with your local government units for the most updated requirements.

For guests flying to Kalibo, please accomplish the travel requirements:

For Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR):

  • Medical Clearance Certification issued by the City/Municipal Health Office, within the last 3 days prior to the scheduled flight, specifying that the guest has not been in contact with, nor a suspect/probable/confirmed COVID-19 case; and has completed a 14-day quarantine.
  • Negative RDT (rapid test) or RT-PCR (swab) test results from a DOH-accredited facility, valid for 3 days before flight

  • Negative Rapid antibody test result, released within 48 hours before departure date
  • Letter of Acceptance
  • Medical Certificate
  • Travel Authority

For guests flying to Pagadian, please accomplish the following travel requirements:

The Province of Zamboanga del Sur requires guests traveling to Pagadian to present the following documents, to be accepted for flight.

For Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI):

  • Medical certificate or certification issued by the City Health Officer/ Municipal Health Officer or DOH-accredited hospitals that guest has not been in contact with, nor a suspect/probable/confirmed COVID-19 case; or has a Negative result of an RT-PCR (swab) test
  • Travel Authority

For Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF):

  • Medical certificate or certification issued by the City Health Officer/ Municipal Health Officer or DOH-accredited hospitals that guest has not been in contact with, nor a suspect/probable/confirmed COVID-19 case

For Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI):

  • Medical Certificate issued by Local Health Office

For Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF):

For guests flying to Roxas, please accomplish the following travel requirements:

The Province of Capiz requires guests, who are among those allowed to enter the province, to present proper identification cards and other pertinent documents.

As per government regulations, Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI) will not be accepted until September 22, 2020. Please continue checking with your local government units for the latest updates.

For Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF):

  • Proof of residence
  • Proof of 14-day facility-based quarantine completion
  • Certificate of negative RT-PCR (swab) test result issued within the quarantine period, from the place of origin
  • Authority to Travel issued by the National Inter-Agency Task Force on Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (NIATF-MEID)
  • Subject to rapid diagnostic test, 24 hours before departure

For Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) coming from high-risk areas and intend to stay in the province for more than one (1) week:

  • A valid medical certificate issued not more than five (5) days before arrival
  • Subject to rapid diagnostic test, 24 hours before departure
  • Travel order/ mission order/ valid certificate of employment

All arriving guests shall be subject to 14-day strict quarantine procedure and subject to health protocols.

For guests flying to San Jose (Mindoro), please accomplish the travel requirements:

The Province of Surigao del Norte requires arriving tourist to present all of the following documents, to be accepted for flight:

  • Negative RT-PCR (swab) test results (valid for 48 hours) before departure
  • Confirmed hotel / accomodation booking for at least 15 days in a DOT-accredited facilty
  • Printed copy of Surigao del Norte's Provincial Health e-FORM
  • Valid identification card

For guests flying from Manila to Surigao, please accomplish the following travel requirements:

The Province of Surigao del Norte requires arriving tourist to present all of the following documents, to be accepted for flight:

  • Negative RT-PCR (swab) test results (valid for 48 hours) before departure
  • Confirmed hotel / accomodation booking for at least 15 days in a DOT-accredited facilty
  • Printed copy of Surigao del Norte's Provincial Health e-FORM
  • Valid identification card

For guests flying to Tacloban, please accomplish the travel requirements:

The City of Tacloban requires all Locally Stranded Individual (LSI) guests departing from Tacloban to Manila to present the following documents, to be accepted for flight:

  • Medical Clearance issued by City or Municipal Health Office
  • Travel Authority

For guests flying from Manila to Virac, please accomplish the following travel requirements:

The Province of Catanduanes requires guests to present the following documents, to be accepted for flight:

For Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI):

  • Medical Clearance Certificate showing that guest has no signs and symptoms of COVID-19, valid within 3 days prior to boarding
  • Original copy of the Travel Authority (TA) issued by the PNP

For Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF):

  • Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result and Quarantine Certification issued by Department of Health – Bureau of Quarantine (DOH-BOQ), valid within 3 days prior to boarding
  • Original copy of the Swab Test result (Laboratory Test Result), valid within 3 days prior to boarding
  • Medical Clearance Certificate showing that guest are negative for COVID-19 through RT-PCR and has no signs and symptoms of COVID-19, valid within 3 days prior to boarding

For Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR):

  • Travel Order for Government and Non-government APOR
  • Company ID
  • Medical Clearance Certificate showing that guest has no signs and symptoms of COVID-19, valid within 3 days prior to boarding
  • Acceptance letter from the receiving agency or the office in the province

For guests flying from Manila to Zamboanga, please accomplish the following travel requirements:

The City of Zamboanga requires arriving guests to present the following documents, to be accepted for flight:

  1. Travel Authority issued by JTF-CV SHIELD
  2. Medical Clearance from local health office (CHO/MHO and PHO) stating that they have no flu -like symptoms
  3. Negative RT-PCR (swab) test result. if none, guest will be subjected to a facility-based.
  4. Prior coordination with the City Tourism Office for the availability of the quarantine facility.

International

All departing Filipino passengers are required to print and fill out the Bureau of Immigration form, except for:

  • Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs)
  • Permanent Residents abroad (PR)
  • Students
  • Participants of visitor exchange programs

Please ask our airline staff to fill out the lower portion of the form before submitting it to the Immigration Officer.

For guests flying from Manila to Dubai, please accomplish the following travel requirements:

  • Guests flying to or transiting through Dubai should hold a negative PCR test result before departure (test was conducted within last 96 hours before departure).
  • Please make sure that you have a valid health insurance that can be used in the United Arab Emirates, as required by the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority.
  • Filled out health declaration form. You may print out and fill out the form from here.

Guests without a negative PCR test result (valid for 96 hours), health insurance for use in the UAE, and filled out health declaration form may be denied check-in or boarding.

For guests flying from Manila to Korea, please accomplish the following travel requirements:

Only the following guests may be accepted for flight:

  • Guests with Korean nationality
  • Non-Koreans with F-6 and F-5 visas
  • Spouses of Koreans and underage children

Non-Koreans are required to bring valid negative RT-PCR (swab) test results, issued within 48 hours before departure, from an embassy-designated hospital

Upon arrival, there will be a 14-day quarantine requirement. Please continue checking the latest Korean government updates for travelers entering the country.

For guests flying from international destinations to Manila, please accomplish the following travel requirements:

  • Pre-register and accomplish the E-CIF online, before you depart for the Philippines. Prepare to upload a picture of your passport's bio page. Once registered, print or save the QR code on your phone, so you can skip some steps as you go through the testing procedures. Fill out your E-CIF at https://e-cif.redcross.org.ph now.
  • Submit your contact information before your flight. Go to Manage Booking online and 'Update Guest Details'
  • Non-OFW Returning Filipinos flying to or transiting through Manila are recommended to pre-book your accommodation in DOT-Accredited Facilities, where you will be quarantined as you wait for your COVID-19 RT-PCR test results.

All applicable fees of non-OFW returning Filipinos shall be on the account of the guest. Expenses born out of testing, transfers, and accommodations for OFWs and Seafarers shall be shouldered by accredited government and manning agencies.

  • Print and fill out the Bureau of Immigration form before your flight. Click here to download the form and have it ready upon check-in.
  • Check if you are allowed to enter Singapore, and comply with the needed travel documents through this link.
  • Submit health information by filling up this health declaration, before departure. Click here to access the SG Arrival Card e-Service , and accomplish the form now.
  • Guests must comply with the prevailing Stay-Home Notice requirements upon entry into Singapore. Learn more here.
  • PCR testing will be conducted randomly by the health authorities upon arrival in Singapore. If guest shows signs of COVID-19, he/she will be quarantined in a dedicated facility, with expenses shouldered by the guest.

For guestsflying to Taiwan, please accomplish the following travel requirements:

As per Taiwan Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) regulations, Taiwan-bound guests are advised of the following guidelines:

  • All passengers need to complete and present a filled-out screenshot of E-Health Declaration form: https://hdhq.mohw.gov.tw/
    Please have a Taiwan mobile number on hand.
  • Certificate of Negative COVID-19 RT-PCR (swab) test result taken within 3 days before departure date (except for Taiwan nationals and ARC holders)
  • Upon arrival, specimens may be collected at the airport, upon entry into Taiwan. There will be a 14-day quarantine requirement. Foreign nationals must pay TWD 1500/per day for their quarantine expense.
  • Whether the guests have symptoms or not, their specimens will be collected at the airport upon entry into Taiwan. Please continue checking with Taiwan government for latest requirements.
