  1. CEB Transfers is a safe and convenient transfer service to/from Iloilo airport to any accredited hotel within Iloilo city. This is in partnership with Southwest Travel and Tours.

  2. You can choose to be dropped off at any accredited hotels within Iloilo city. Please see list of accredited hotels below.

  3. Included in the transfer services are:

    • Mainland transfer (Airport to any accredited hotel within Iloilo city)

    • Guest Coordinator Assistance

  4. Rates are quoted per guest, per one way trip. Guests need to pay twice for round trip transfers.

    Note: Infants 8 days old and below 2 years old are free of charge.

  5. Senior citizen and person with disability are eligible for discounts. Discounts are automatically computed for purchases pre-flight and inflight. Just show your ID for verification.

  6. Purchase availability depends on the direction of service

    • Airport to City/Hotels – up to 2 hours before departure in origin airport
    • City/Hotels to Airport – up to 24 hours before departure in origin airport

  7. Voucher once purchased is non-refundable.

  8. Transfer service will be spoiled for rebooking or cancellation within 24 hours before flight departure.

  9. Transfer service will be carried over to the new flight schedule for rebooking 24 hours before flight.

  10. In case of flight disruption, flight disruption policy shall apply.

  11. In case of flight delays, the provider will wait up to 1 hour after your scheduled arrival. Please contact the provider immediately if you won't make it as scheduled. Fulfilment of travel services is not guaranteed in such cases.
