Prepaid Baggage Allowance may be availed through the Cebu Pacific website, call center or sales offices.
Prepaid Baggage Allowance is available at the time of booking and during Manage Booking up to 2 hours before scheduled time of departure. The 20 kg, 2-piece option is available up to 1 hour before departure.
At the time of bag drop, actual baggage for check in will be assessed against the allowance purchased (in weight and in pieces)
Any excess weight and pieces are subject to existing Excess Baggage Fee and/or Extra Bag Fee.
Depending on availability, Prepaid Baggage Allowance may be upgraded.
Prepaid Baggage Allowance may be rebooked up to 2 hours before scheduled time of departure. If a change in route is required, Prepaid Baggage Allowance will not be carried over to the new flight.
Prepaid Baggage Allowance may not be refunded, and it cannot be stored in a Travel Fund
Prepaid Baggage Allowance may not be transferred to another person. It can only be used by the passenger for the specific flight and sector for which it is paid.
Pooling of Prepaid Baggage Allowances is allowed provided that passengers are in the same Booking Reference and present themselves at the bag drop counters at the same time.
Maximum weight of each checked baggage piece is 32kg.
