CEB Fare Bundles

  1. The GO Fare Bundle fee is chargeable per sector, per passenger.

  2. A GO Fare Bundle must be purchased at initial booking for the discount to apply.

  3. Each component is subject to its own product Terms & Conditions. Default components as follows:

    GO Basic

    • Fare only

    GO Easy

    • Fare
    • 20kg checked baggage with a maximum piece allowance of 2
    • Standard seat

    GO Flexi

    • Fare
    • 20kg checked baggage with a maximum piece allowance of 2
    • Standard seat
    • CEB Flexi
  4. Where applicable, a component of the bundles may be upgraded. If a passenger upgrades one of the components of the bundle (example: by upgrading 20kg checked baggage to 40kg):

    1. During initial booking: passenger has to pay the difference between the initial booking price of 40kg and discounted 20kg.
    2. At the Manage Booking phase: passenger has to pay the difference between the manage booking price of 40kg and discounted 20kg.
  5. In excess of the allowable weight, the approved Excess Baggage Fee will apply.

  6. In excess of the allowable piece count, the approved Extra Bag Fee will apply.

  7. New GO Fare bundles is available from Feburary 18, 2020. Old Fare Bundles when rebooked shall retain their original components.

  8. Fees are rebookable, non-reroutable, and non-refundable.

  9. Fees may be refunded (the bundle’s individual components or as a whole) if the Passenger Name Record/itinerary is refundable as indicated in the approved General Terms and Conditions.
